Recent ALM Legal Intelligency Survey So Shows.
According to an August 28, 2012 post by Debra Cassens Weiss in the online version of the ABA Journal, a recent ALM Legal Intelligence survey of 194 large law firms and 141 law departments reported that only 26% of the legal departments and 11% of the law firms were “very satisfied” with alternative fee arrangements. A couple of quoted individuals opined that the problem likely was the lack of information or historical experience on these arrangements.
