Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Confirms Arbitration Award In Law Firm’s Favor, An Award Finding No Professional Standard Of Care Violations By Law Firm.

            Recently, Los Angeles-based Glaser Weil, who formerly represented American Apparel founder Dov Charney in litigation, won the granting of an unopposed petition to confirm an arbitration award in which the firm was found not to have violated any standards of conduct (as Mr. Charney claimed) and by which it was found to be owed around $2.2 million in unpaid fees by Mr. Charney. The arbitration award was confirmed by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Malcolm Mackey.
