Gotta Wear Socks In Blackford County, Indiana.

The ABA Journal end-of-the-week posts also indicate that a judge in Blackford County, Indiana issued an order directing a litigation attorney to wear socks in his courtroom appearances, after also noting the same attorney did not wear a tie and only appeared in an open-collared suit.
