National Day Laborer Decision Not To Be Cited For Precedential Value.
In our February 12, 2011 post, we discussed U.S. District Judge Scheindlin’s National Day Laborer decision, involving whether metadata had to be provided in response to an FOA case request. We now report that Judge Scheindlin recently has withdrawn the opinion and indicated that it should not be cited for precedential value.
