      In our April 27, 2013 post, we explored Tobacco I, an April 23 unpublished decision out of the Fourth District, Division 1 dealing with a panoply of fees questions such as : did the People prevail in obtaining injunctive relief, was it proper to use more expensive counsel from out of venue, was the 15% discounted allocation correct, and can a fee claimant use an opponent’s total fee billings as probative evidence in demonstrating reasonableness of the fee request?
