7-0 Was The Vote.

Superior Court (ACLU), a Second District decision finding that attorney billing statements were privileged and did not have to be disclosed under California’s Public Records Act. At the weekly conference held on July 8, 2012, our state supreme court granted review of the case in a 7-0 vote.
